SD Gallery recently acquired this unique ceramic plate piece by Erik Gronborg through a private collector. This piece was purchased during the Crocker Art Auction in 1983. Erik Gronborg, Solana Beach
Born Copenhagen, Denmark. Sculptor, Ceramist. Received BA and MA from UC Berkeley. Has worked and exhibited in museums throughout the world and has taught at many colleges on the West Coast. Has exhibited extensively and is a member of many well known art and conservation organizations. Has been the recipient of several national awards. Is currently teaching at UC Davis.
